Namaste!

I am Shrinkhla Arora, an engineer only by degree who stumbled into the UPSC civil services wilderness by sheer chance. With no prior knowledge about it, I decided to embark on this journey. Eventually, it turned out to be the most adventurous 3-years and counting of my life. I would not trade it for anything in this world (despite not being selected yet :P) as this time helped me discover my strengths & weaknesses, my calling and make friends for a lifetime.Today, I can feel India’s democracy, diversity, development (the 3 beautiful Ds) because I am India and a proud part of this vibrant country.

I have had the privilege of spending time reading worthwhile books to develop and transform myself enabling me to become a better citizen and a better person. With this blog, I intend to share my understanding of topics, share ideas, link seemingly unrelated issues & broaden the horizon of the readers with new & different perspectives. Additionally, it will incentivise me to continue learning and satisfy the scribbler in me.

It is targeted towards people who are intellectually open to new insights as I use my fundamental right of free speech & expression under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution. The topics chosen will be intriguing to inquisitive minds, related to current global and national happenings, the direction we are headed towards as a species with a pinch of philosophy ( as it stirs my soul:)).

My justajoo in life will continue with even more enthusiasm and vigour. 😀

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.
